Religious Education
At St Augustine’s RE is delivered using the Understanding Christianity framework in order to support pupils in developing their own thinking and their understanding of Christianity, as a contribution to their understanding of the world and their own experience within it. Links are made within the curriculum for children to explore their own beliefs and the beliefs of others. Each year group is also taught another world religion which further broadens children’s knowledge and understanding of the world.
